Kyberia Tech ("we", "our", or "us") is a creative and technology studio registered in Cairo, Egypt and operating globally. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit kyberia.tech, use our services, or contact us — and how we use, store, and protect that information.

1. Information We Collect

When you fill out our contact form, submit a project request, or email us, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Company name and country
• Project details, budget range, and message content
• Any files or attachments you choose to send

Account information

If you create an account on our platform (via our Portal or client area), we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you provide. Sign-in is handled by our own authentication system on our servers: your password is stored only as a salted hash, and we store the sessions that keep you signed in. If you choose to sign in with Google, GitHub or Apple, that provider shares your name and email address with us and its own privacy policy applies to that sign-in.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, and navigation path
• Referring URL

This data is collected in aggregate for performance monitoring and does not identify you personally. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They do not use cookies, do not track you across other websites, and we do not use them to build profiles of individual visitors. Visits to signed-in areas (the client portal, admin and account pages) are not measured.

We use the information we collect to:

• Scope, quote, and deliver the services you engage us for
• Send project updates, invoices, and delivery confirmations
• Improve our website and service experience
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

4. Cookies and Similar Storage

Cookies. Our website uses only the essential cookies it needs to work: the session that keeps you signed in and security tokens that protect forms and accounts. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie consent banner.

Choices stored on your device. When you use the theme switch, the currency menu or the accessibility menu, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. These settings stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings, or with the Reset button in the accessibility menu.

Spam check. Our contact, sign-in and comment forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It checks technical signals from your browser while you use the form; see Cloudflare's privacy policy below.

You can control cookies and stored data through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will stop sign-in from working.

We retain enquiry and project data for as long as necessary to fulfil the services you engage us for, and for a period of 3 years thereafter for business records and legal compliance purposes.

If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

7. International Data Transfers

Kyberia Tech operates globally. When you submit data to us, it may be stored or processed in countries outside your own, including Egypt, the United States, and the European Union (via our infrastructure providers). We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely regardless of where it is processed.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
