Employee learning platform for PY Partners, the Sydney tax accounting firm, so the firm can train its staff online. Our first project together, in 2017.
The Challenge
PY Partners had few digital tools for passing on knowledge and training new staff, and needed a platform the firm could run itself.
What We Built
Implemented a WordPress learning platform on LearnPress with a clean interface, structured courses and lesson videos, then kept it customised and up to date as part of our ongoing support.
Results
- Internal knowledge sharing and staff training moved online
- Training that scales as the firm hires
- Maintained alongside the firm’s other sites since launch
